Everyday wellbeing, with limits

Pando Club is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay medical care because of information in Pando. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Plans are starting suggestions, not clinical prescriptions. Photo-based calories and macros are approximate; portions, oils and ingredients can change estimates substantially. Do not rely on the scanner for allergies, medication or insulin dosing. Verify ingredient labels. Exercise within your capabilities and follow clinician restrictions.

Using Pando

This release is intended for adults 18 and older. Provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not upload another person’s health records without permission, abuse the service or attempt to access other users’ information. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to process it to provide features you request.

Current availability

Pando is an early release. Features may change or be unavailable. Android and web progress do not yet synchronize. Wearable and WhatsApp connections are previews. We do not promise health outcomes or increased lifespan. Keep copies of important medical records outside Pando.

Control your data

Our privacy policy explains processing and retention. You can delete your account without a subscription cancellation fee. View current subscription availability on our billing page.

Web subscriptions

Pando Plus is $6.99 USD per month. Plus with WhatsApp is $9.99 USD per month total and is not offered for purchase until that channel is available. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with a payment method required. The subscription automatically renews at the displayed monthly price after the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Existing or previous trial subscribers may not qualify for another trial.

Promotional codes may reduce the recurring price. Their eligibility, duration and final price are shown at checkout. An eligible trial still applies before the discounted billing begins. Codes cannot be combined.

Manage payment details, invoices and cancellation through Plans & billing. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the current paid period or trial ends. A failed payment may suspend paid features while you resolve it; saved personal data remains accessible. Account deletion also cancels associated Pando web subscriptions. Payment records held by Stripe may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. Refunds are not automatically issued by cancellation; statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Web subscriptions currently apply to the signed-in web account. New native builds can link membership access to this web account. This does not merge local records. In-app purchases are not enabled yet. Current Plus usage allowances are up to 40 coach messages and 30 meal analyses per day. We do not advertise unlimited usage.

Changes

We will update the date on this page when terms change. These terms do not remove statutory consumer or privacy rights.
