Delete your Pando account
You can delete your account here without reinstalling the Android app. Sign in only to verify which Pando account belongs to you.
What will be deleted?
Your Pando profile, plans, health questionnaire, uploaded health files and summaries, check-ins, meal logs, reminders, coaching messages, analytics events, AI-estimate and coach reports, and scanner/coach connections. This is permanent.
Your Google or ChatGPT account is not deleted. On Android, also use You → Privacy & data → Delete data on this phone to remove device-only notes and progress. We cannot remotely erase an offline phone.

Timing and retention
Deletion removes your data from Pando’s active database and file storage when it succeeds. If interrupted, retry here; an incomplete deletion is not reported as complete. A one-way account identifier and deletion status are retained to block old sessions from restoring erased data. This marker contains no profile, health information or files and is removed if you explicitly create a new account.
Infrastructure backups, security logs and data already processed by service providers may remain under their retention policies; see our privacy policy. Download any records you want to keep before deleting.
